As per error code, the root cause come from Windows, which is related to .netframework. Please try to upgrade .NET, repair Office or update Windows

You could try disable all excel addon then retry

I verified there are no add-ins in Excel active now. Any other solutions?

Hello Jai,

Please select COM add -ins uncheck then restart Excel.

There are no COM Add-ins available in my system.

Hello Jai,

Please add or remove program => find office => repair office

Alternatively, you can re-install Microsoft Excel.
