Web Application to SAP

Hi, could you please let me know how to copy data from a web application and insert in the respective fields in SAP?
Do we have any activities that handles SAP?
Or Can it be done using windows and type into activities itself ?
Is .NET coding required ?

Thanks in advance!

We do have activities to handles SAP. However, unfortunately, we did not enable that as it’s complicated and need more time, more resources so we won’t focusing on this.

Hi,
With regards to SAP, we do have a workaround for you:

Using SAP Script Recording

  • Idea: Make use of SAP’s “Script Recording and Playback” feature to generate VB scripts to reflect your actions SAP. Then from akaBot Studio invoke the VB script to execute.

  • How?

    • Step 1: Use Script Recording and Playback on SAP:
      (Tutorial: LINK)
    • Step 2: Invoke VB script: Please refer to link below for example.
(Invoke VB script - Password: 123456)
  • Note:
+ Make sure to login to SAP first then execute the VB script. You can use Windows-based activity to login into SAP with akaBot.
+ This approach would take more technical steps but proven to be very efficient and stable.
