Lỗi 2 version outlook khi run macro

Khi e chạy macro excel

một cái máy bị lỗi như bên dưới
“I’m sorry. There was a problem starting Outlook. Only one Outlook version can run at a time. Make sure that another version of Outlook is not running. If not running, restart your computer”

Mọi người ai có solution gì giúp em với ạ,

Bạn cung cấp thêm một số thông tin về môi trường để tiện support. Có thể issue này liên quan đến Outlook nhé

1. akaBot Platform version.
2. Windows name & version ( Ấn vào Start menu > gõ winver )

Hi akaBot team,
môi trường phát sinh lỗi nằm ở phía Agent bên mình, mình share thông tin nhé:

1. akaBot Platform version: v2.0.4.0

2. Windows name & version: Windows Server 2016 (version 1607, OS build 14393.3866)

3. Zip và upload workflow:
   File này mình nên gửi lên đâu/cho ai nhỉ? Do file nằm trong source code deliver cho KH nên không muốn upload lên public.
   Chỉ share file có chứa thao tác với Outlook thì có đủ không?

Hi @nghiabt4,
Team có check qua error message ở trên thì issue này liên quan đến đường dẫn outlook nhé. Thử Shift + Left Click vào Outlook ở thanh Taskbar xem có tái hiện được lỗi không?

Có thể thử các solution dưới đây:

1. Chạy Repair Office

• On the Windows Start screen, type Control Panel.
• Click or tap Control Panel.
• Under Programs, click or tap Uninstall a program.
• Click or tap MicrosoftOffice 365, and then click or tap Change.
• Click or tap QuickRepair, and then click or tap Repair. You may have to restart your computer after the repair process is complete.

2. Unpin and pin

• Click on the Outlook icon in your Taskbar, to trigger the Outlook error.
• With the error open (Don’t click on OK) Right-click on the NEW Outlook icon (should be on the far-right of your icons in the Taskbar), and click on “Pin this program to taskbar”.
• Now Right-click on the old Outlook icon (somewhere to the left of your new icon) and click “Unpin this program from taskbar”.
• This removes the old shortcut, that triggered the error and caused Outlook to crash. The error may still pop up after this, but Outlook should now open after you click OK.
• If you would like your icon back where you’re used to it being, simply click and drag the icon in the Taskbar, to its new location and release your click when you want to drop it in its place.
